
Liesel is a passionate believer in the capacity of art and culture to enrich and transform lives when it is inclusive and relevant. She believes everyone has the right to participate in the creation of art and that new work should tell the stories and explore the concerns of a contemporary audience.
Liesel’s most recent works include a Bio-Cabaret for the Sydney Festival, Send for Nellie by Alana Valentine, the drama, Masterclass by Terence McNally at Sydney’s Ensemble Theatre and Window Dressing a large public performance installation created for Sydney’s Vivid Festival.
